Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KhataKro application and related services, provided by Geolatris (“Geolatris”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

2. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for ensuring you have the right to store information about your workers and business contacts. Wage, payment and profitability figures are tools to assist you and are not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the app to violate any applicable law.

4. Availability

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service over time.

5. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
